AREPOS SPECIAL CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION

Should you have to cancel your reservation for one of the following reasons, a cancellation must :
1- Be notified in writing as soon as possible to the holiday centre concerned.
2- 2. Be accompanied by a request for a refund of the deposit. Any requests made known more than 4 months after the holiday start date, will not be taken into consideration.
- Any refund that may be made is less a 10% minimum cancellation fee, of the total holiday cost.
- If without any prior warning a participant has not turned up within 36 hrs after the course start date, the holiday is considered as cancelled.

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If written cancellation is made :
  1- More than 30 days prior to arrival date : 10% total holiday cost retained.
  2- Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date : 25% total holiday cost retained.
  3- Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date : 50% total holiday cost retained.
  4- Between 7 and 2 days prior to arrival date : 75% total holiday cost retained.
  5- Less than 2 days prior to arrival date : 90% total holiday cost retained
  6- No show or late arrival : Full holiday cost retained.
  7- Shortened stays : Full holiday cost retained.

CANCELLATION IN THE CASE OF FORCE MAJEUR

- Serious illness of the participant
- Hospitalisation of the participant
- Death of the participant's parents, grand-parents, brothers or sisters.
In the cases 2, 3 and 4 above, and on presenting proof, AREPOS will be able to refund the whole of your deposit, except for the retainer in case N°1.

PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE "AREPOS VACANCES"

During the whole of their stay and during all organised sport and leisure activities, all the participants are covered by a general insurance scheme which covers the following points :
- All participants are covered for bodily harm, material and immaterial damages following bodily harm and guaranteed equipment, within the limit of engagements, if AREPOS is held responsible.
- The indemnity is calculated by evaluating the different types of damage incurred, and following the methods used by common law.

AREPOS VACANCES decline all responsibility for any theft of cash, personal belongings of any nature, (jewellery, furs etc) suffered by holiday makers or visitors in the holiday centre. Any claim must be made within 48 hours.

The Centre Director is responsible for the drawing up and sending off of the claim to the Insurance Company.

AREPOS VACANCES hold an official tourist approval certificate N° 072 96 0001. This certificate is subject to financial, moral and professional guarantees, as well as personal liability cover, allowing AREPOS VACANCES to organise holidays for its clients. This cover is assured by :

As printing mistakes are always possible, the prices and dates on this Internet site must be confirmed on booking. Only prices mentioned at the time of booking will have any contractual value. Any subsequent, possible modification will be subject to the rules and regulations in force.
